Sooo I’ve been experimenting with a more realistic style and I’m actually pretty proud of this! 😀
From July 13th to July 15th, I participated in “Art in the Park” for the second time. The first was in 2016, two years ago. Unlike last time, I used both colored pencil AND watercolor. I made some drawings beforehand, and did custom portraits of pets, as well.
I think I’ve improved a lot over the last two years, and I hope to keep doing so! Here are the links to some of the art I made last time.

Ginger’s Recovery
Ginger (my dog) just had surgery the other day on her face. They were cleaning out her sinuses because she had some sort of fungal infection :(. She had to stay overnight for a few days, but got back today. She is recovering pretty well, but she has stitches and they shaved all of her fur off of her face. She also has a big cone on her head to keep her from scratching the tubes sticking out of it. Wishing her a quick recovery!
